So it begins...

Hi!  My name is Victoria Kassman and this is my first attempt at blogging.  I’m a recent graduate of Oregon State University, where I received my Business Degree with a focus in Entrepreneurship.  I’ve lived in Corvallis, Oregon all of my life.  After applying for months, I was accepted into the JET Program.  So following graduation, I embarked on a journey to teach English in the Land of the Rising Sun.  These are my detailed accounts of living in rural Japan – in a small town called Hirono-machi, where I will call “home” for the next year.
